Order Processing and Shipping
Order Confirmation: Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Please ensure all details are accurate; contact us immediately at Purvona@gmail.com if corrections are needed.
Shipping: We aim to process orders within 2-3 business days. Standard UK shipping is 3-5 business days, with express options available at checkout. Delays may occur during peak periods or due to unforeseen circumstances, which will be communicated promptly.
Delivery Costs: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. Free standard shipping is available on orders over £50 within the UK. Please contact us for International Shipping costs.
Returns and Refunds
Eligibility: Returns are accepted within 14 days of receiving your product. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Process: To initiate a return, email purvona@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide further instructions for returning your item.
Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of your refund status. Refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days. Return shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanges: We do not offer direct exchanges. To receive a different product, please initiate a return and place a new order.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us at purvona@gmail.com within 48 hours of receiving the item. Include photos of the damage for assessment.
After review, we will offer a replacement or full refund, based on the situation. In some cases, we may ask you to return the defective item at our expense.
