• Eligibility for Returns:
  Returns are accepted if the product is damaged, incorrect, or unused in original packaging within 30 days. Opened or used items can only be returned if faulty or damaged.

• How to Request a Return:
  Email purvona@gmail.com with your order number, issue description, and photos (if needed). You’ll receive return authorisation within 2-3 business days.

• Refunds:
  Approved refunds are processed within 7-10 business days. Refunds cover product costs only; shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

• Exchanges:
  Defective, damaged, or incorrect items can be exchanged within 7 days.

• Non-Refundable Situations:
  Returns are not accepted for used/opened items, items returned after 30 days, or those without prior authorisation.

• Damaged or Incorrect Items:
  Report damaged/incorrect items within 7 days. A replacement or refund will be provided.

• Return Shipping Costs:
  We cover return shipping for faulty or incorrect items. For other returns, shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.

• Cancellations:
  Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours by contacting purvona@gmail.com. Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
