Delivery Charges & Shipping Locations

Seamless Shipping with ShipStation: Purvona partners with ShipStation to ensure reliable delivery. Shipping and delivery costs are conveniently calculated at checkout for UK mainland orders.

Non-Mainland and Overseas Shipping: For locations outside the UK mainland, shipping charges must be calculated separately. Overseas customers should contact Purvona directly for a detailed breakdown of delivery costs.

Eligibility for Returns
You can request a return if:

The product is damaged or faulty upon delivery.

The wrong product has been shipped.

The product is unused, in its original packaging, and returned within 30 days of purchase.
Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns of any opened or used items unless they are faulty or
damaged upon receipt.
How to Request a Return
To initiate a return:

Email us at info@purvona.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and photos (if necessary).

You will receive a return authorisation and further instructions within 2-3 business days.

Return the item to the address provided once authorisation is received.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you via email. If the return is approved:

A refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If a refund cannot be processed (e.g., for a damaged or used item returned without authorisation), we will notify you.
Please note that the refund covers only the product cost. Any shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
Exchanges
We are happy to exchange items if they are defective, damaged, or incorrect. Please contact us within 7 days of receipt to arrange an exchange.
Non-Refundable Situations
Returns will not be accepted if:

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. We may ask for photographic evidence to expedite the process. We will send you a replacement free of charge or offer a refund in such cases.
Return Shipping Costs

Cancellations
If you wish to cancel an order, please get in touch with us at info@purvona.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has been dispatched, we can no longer cancel it.
